I am currently out-of-network for all insurance for assessment and in-person therapy. However, I am happy to provide you with a superbill upon request.
Therapy: $200/50 minute session
Assessment:
- Cognitive testing only with a brief report: $1000
- ADHD, Autism, or diagnostic clarification: $2000
- Learning disabilities: $2500

How superbills work
A “superbill” is an itemized receipt of the therapy or evaluation you’ve paid for. You submit it to your insurance, and — if your plan has out-of-network mental health benefits — they reimburse you directly for a portion of the cost.
- Pay your session fee at time of service (or if completing an evaluation, by the time of the results meeting).
- We will email you a superbill with the diagnosis and CPT codes.
- You submit the superbill to your insurance. Most insurance companies have an online portal.
- Your insurer will pay you directly, based on the benefits they allow for out-of-network providers.
It’s possible that you are entitled to some reimbursement for out-of-network therapy sessions and/or psychological evaluations. To find out more about your benefits, call the 1-800 number on the back of your insurance card and inquire about:
- any out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy or psychological evaluations
- whether there are session limits
- how to submit claims
- whether it’s necessary to meet a deductible first (and if so, what that deductible is and how much you’ve already met)
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Late cancellations and no-shows are billed at the full session rate.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We keep a credit card on file in a secure online portal, and it will be charged within 24 hours of your session. For evaluations, $500 is due at intake, $500 at your testing appointment, and the remainder is due before the report is reviewed with you.
